Ed Lopez graduated with an MA in International Relations Middle East and Arabic in 2005. After his MA, Ed began doctoral work in Intelligence Studies at the School of Government and International Affairs. Ed is an alumnus of the Durham Union Society and Ustinov College.
Professional Life
Ranked among Newsmax’s top 50 most influential Latino Republicans, Ed has worked and served on boards of directors in academic, non-profit, political, public service, and public relations endeavors including work in the US Army Military Intelligence Corps, University of Connecticut, Habitat for Humanity International, Hard Rock International, the Republican Party, and the US Senate.

Personal Life
Ed completed his BA in Political Science at University of Rhode Island and studied Arabic at American University in Cairo.
A guitar player and concert enthusiast, Ed is a music feature writer and contributing editor specializing in the Gilmour Pink Floyd era. Ed is a golf enthusiast; he and his wife, Marie Anne, are Red Sox Nation citizens.
