Nick was a member of Trevelyan College and studied Geography between 2002 and 2005, graduating with a BA.

Nick participated in a number of college sports, representing the college at football, hockey, cricket and rugby, and captained the hockey team for a couple of years.

Professional Life

After a couple of years teaching English and travelling through China and Southeast Asia, Nick started his career with professional services firm KPMG, working for three years in London and then transferring to the San Francisco office, where he spent six years serving predominantly real estate and family office clients.

Nick joined a family office in 2016 and currently serves as VP of Finance. He re-located from San Francisco to Denver, with the same company, in 2019.

Social and Family Life

Nick lives in Denver with his wife Hilary (a native of Indiana State), who he met as an intern at The Economist in London, where Hilary still works as a global director of public policy.

Nick is a big bike enthusiast and enjoys all forms of riding and tinkering with bikes. He loves to ski, hike and travel with his wife and their dog, Indy.
